Pay in lieu of notice and Company Car

I am to be made redundant and am getting my redundancy package plus 3 months pay in lieu of notice.

I will also be able to keep my company car for 3 months and retain my private healthcare (paid by the company) for 3 months.

Are these benefits taxable in this situation?

If your benefits are contractual they will be taxable but if they are discretionary then they won't be.

Without knowing the details of your contract, generally speaking the redundancy payment is not taxed (assuming it is under £30k) but the PILON and other benefits will be taxable.
Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............
