No Npower bill for a year...
I signed up with Npower last Dec.
Despite submitting meter readings and having the email confirmations, and them taking my DD monthly, I have never had a bill.
I've now got to the executive complaints dept stage and they can't say when I will ever get one. I am around £600 in credit now.
Can I leave Npower in Jan having never had a bill? What happens? I'm sick of the 'new computer system' excuses they have had a YEAR to sort this out.

I too have been with power for 1 year, paying direct debit and have had no bill. I have been trying to solve this since August and as of yet have got nowhere. I am concerned having seen all of the negative reports that I will be landed with a big bill, but when this will happen who knows.
How does such a large company get away with this?0 -
I am in the same situation, no bill for 10 months then when I left due to my dissatifaction with the company, I was shocked to get a final bill of nearly £500. I complained and after a very short Google search, I find there are a lot of people with this problem. If you manage to get your story in the media, the bill is wiped. If you cannot, then you get offered just 10% off the bill After many ignored emails, letters and contact forms, I was eventually contacted by Npower who said my bill was clear (apparently paid by me.. incorrect), but they would still honor the 10%. I refused on the basis that they were clearing the bill of other people plus I had to investigate where the bill had gone.... it magically re-appeared the next week. No explanation! They now ignore all my letters, emails and can never get through on the phone... yet I have had a bailiffs letter!!! I am horrified by this company0
