Help needed to draw plan of measure land

We are selling part of our garden to next door neighbour . We have measured the amount of land to be sold off. Our solicitor has our land registry document which shows our entire plot, he has now written to us as follows < With regard to the land to be sold off, you will need to supply me with a plan showing the land edged in red. The plan must be to scale and show a North Point. It may be prudent to use the existing land registry plan to delineate in red the land being sold>
I have kept a copy of the land registry plan but don´t understand the scale 1/1250. Could someone give me a bit of a clue where to start, please

1cm on the map = 12.5 metres on the property
or if you prefer
1inch on the map = 104 feet and 2 inches
Basically it means 1 unit on the plan equals 1250 units on the property0 -
if you scan your doc/or know the measurements of it all, i could do it all for you.
I use AutoCAD in my job, so could quickly knock you up the plans.0 -

Although you might want to consider involving a Land Surveyor, if only to avoid any potential dispute in the future. Your current neighbour may be amicable - but any future owner might not be :mad:Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
