HP C3180 all in one printer

I think it is time to look for a new printer. Is the above printer any good, the price is very competitive at £36.78? Can you use cheap cartridges with this? With my lexmark color printer,I usually only use the black cartridge. Will I be able to do the same with this one? Also I understand it does not come with a usb cable, can I remove the one I got from my lexmark and use it or do I have to buy a new one. I have got quite a few usb cables that come with camera and mp3, are they universal & could it be used with the HP printer. Thanks
