Hi anybody,
I am slightly confused regarding one matter.
I have completed Martin's template letter to my lender that initiates the process, but should I also include a copy of the completed PPI consumer questionnaire with it?

Yes, but you only really need to send the questionnaire because it covers everyhting in the letter too.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Forget the template letter, just fill in the Questionnaire-Banks already know what a PPI complaint is.0
