HELP! Highview PCN's & Debt Recovery Pus notice

Hi, I had received a PCN from HighView Parking in July for going 1hr over thier allocated free parking duration on 28/06/13.
After listening to advice from a few people and reading some internet forums I had decided that the general consensus was to completely ignore it.
Since that initial 'charge notice' date (23/07/13) I then got a 'charge notice reminder' (07/08/13) followed by a 'legal action pending' letter.
And finally I now have a 'notice of intended court action' from Debt Recevery Plus Ltd (15/11/13), to be paid by 29/11/13.
Please can you give advice on what action, if any, I should now take?
I know its a little late in the day, but it would be greatly appreciated if anyone can HELP!
Regards A
