No credit accounts appearing on my credit file

Hello everyone,

I got my Experian £2 credit report yesterday because I wanted to make sure that my credit reports were being reported. Surprise, surprise they haven’t been reported. I have a Santander current account which has always been in credit and I have never had an overdraft on it or been overdrawn. All that says is £0 £0 £0 £0 on for a couple more times. I have a phone contract with Vodafone which I got in June 2013. I have a credit card as well in August 2013. I thought by now they would of been getting reported so my credit file improves. I have rang Vodafone and they have given me an email address for me to email which I have done. I have rang Vanquis as well who my credit card is with and they have put a request in so it should start appearing soon. Is there anything else I should do to make sure that it starts coming up. I was thinking of checking my credit files in January 2014 just to make sure that its being reported. If you can think of anything else please let me know.

Have you checked your equifax and noddle files? Do either of the 2 new accounts appear on either of those?

Worth also double checking how your address is written on your credit file and comparing it to how it is written on your paperwork from Vanquis and vodaphone. Is it written exactly the same? If is it not this can sometimes be the reason for accounts not showing.

I haven't checked the Noodle files or the Equifax files. I will double check how Vodafone and Vanquis have my address down. Didn't think of that, thank you.

I have already rang Vodafone and somebody emailed me today asking me for a few details and they said they are going to look into it for me and see why it is not appearing on my credit file.
