Hi, I thought that also - the terms seem to require it, even though there is no space to enter a code.
However, if you go through their menu system the competitions screen gives you a route to enter if you DON'T have a code and this leads to the form linked in the second post.

I entered anyway - what's the worst that could happen? :rotfl:
