Has anyone else received their Onken Muesli win yet? Not a year's supply as promised

i was recently very excited to discover that i had won a year's supply of Onken Muesli, however was dismayed to discover in today's post vouchers for 10 individual pots of muesli with yoghurt, this equates to less than 2 week's worth of muesli. The vouchers also run out next month and can only be exchanged 1 at a time. Not sure that i can make that many trips to the supermarket before they run out?

Has anyone else received their win and if so was it the same disappointment?

Also if you wish to use all the vouchers in 1 go - go to the self service tills in Asda / Tesco.. etc and put through the vouchers yourself all in 1 go

The T&Cs will usually say what a "years supply" is, the nisa one stated

Prize that will consist of 52 Onken ‘Try me free’ vouchers (1 voucher for each week)

if it was that one then maybe in 10 weeks time you will get another 10 vouchers and so on till you have the 52.

Have emailed them and they did indeed explain that i would be receiving 52 vouchers in total and that i had not received them all yet because of the short date on the current vouchers.

I got an email to say because of the short date on the vouchers (31/12/2013) I would receive 10 before xmas (which I received yesterday) and the rest would come after Christmas, maybe you deleted there email by mistake

ihad an email too saying 10 had been posted and they were waiting for vouchers with a longer date to send out the rest...
