Shrek the Third competition terms and condition


1. Entry to the prize draw is free. 2. No purchase is required. 3. The closing date for all entries is Wednesday 1st August 2007. 4. One entry per person is permitted. 5. Entrants must be 18 or over. 6. The competition is open to all UK residents except employees of Paramount Pictures and the Beat the Drought alliance which consists of the following companies: Three Valleys Water, Southern Water, Sutton and East Surrey Water, Anglian Water, South East Water, Portsmouth Water, Mid Kent Water, Water UK, The Environment Agency, Waterwise and The Consumer Council for Water; their agencies and associated companies or their families. 7. Entry into the Shrek the Third prize draw is available by completing the on-line entry. 8. One winner will be selected at random from all entries witnessed by an independent observer - the judge’s decision is final. 9. The prize is for two adults and two children and includes return flights from London, car hire, two nights accommodation in a self-catering village cottage, dinner on two nights at the Hunting Lodge and one family riding lesson at the Equestrian Centre. 10. Travel can be taken until 10th December 2007 excluding any peak season periods and is subject to availability at the time of booking. 11. At least one person travelling must be over 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license (paper and photo card). 12. It is the prize winner's responsibility to ensure they travel with correct documentation including valid passports, travel insurance and visas if required. 13. Prize is as stated, is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person or modified or exchanged for cash or other alternatives. 14. The promoter may, in its sole discretion substitute a reasonable alternative for any of the prizes at any time. 15. By entering the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 16. The winner will be selected on Wednesday 1st August 2007. 17. The winner will be notified no later than 3rd August 2007. 18. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, location and photograph of the winner in future promotions. 19. The winner’s name will be available on request after 3rd August 2007 to those sending a stamped, self addressed envelope to Shrek the Third Winners, c/o Public Relations, Three Valleys Water, PO Box 48, Hatfield, AL10 9HL. 15. No liability can be accepted to entries lost, delayed, incomplete or rendered unrecognisable.
