Hello Stranger! Life never does run smoothly does it? I agree with dancingfairy about getting in touch with your local MPs office to see if they can get involved and have any added clout. These benefits people are just bullies and they get away with it because they are 'government departments' it's disgraceful IMO. ( hmmm I'm sure I will get deleted too for saying that ).

coolcait, you should know me better than that, i dont need to post anywhere, already downloaded legislation, know ive been wronged, still waiting for court papers, as i said, i cant afford to start legal action, but i might be able to afford to defend, question is, still not recieved court papers, many before me have? so why have i not recieved mine?Maybe you would get more replies on another board?
