Maybe but they like to extract every single pound they possibly can from anyone - even from their speciality WP court costs when the principal has cancelled the charge.

And they don't seem to mind splashing the cash with LPC

The second payout from Capita to shareholders of PE is due this month after which who knows - Capita may change the way in which the company operates.
