Photographs of the different sign charges would almost certainly be the kiss of death.0

I've just added an extra bit - courtesy of C-M . About a penalty clause and UKPC boasting of how they make thier money on their website.

For when their POPLA papers arrive, do you know who the landowner actually is? Could you find out?
If it is not the same company as the company name on the contract or witness statement, you have a supplementary point to raise as well.0 -
I've been digging around, and have only found the leasing agent - savills. But I will do more digging.
UKPC refused to inform me who the landlord was claiming commercial confidentiality.0 -

You don't need to use the word 'only' and Savills' in the same sentence when wondering who to complain to about a PPC scam! DIG NO MORE!!!
Savills are renowned on this forum and have cancelled more of these when they get a complaint, than Crystal Palace will get points this season...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A win against UKPC on no GPEOL. Assessor was Marina Kapour. UKPC blathered on about liquidated damages but this was rejected by the assessor.
Many thanks to everyone on here, your help has been greatly appreciated.
UKPC failed to send an evidence pack - so a complaint will be going to the BPA and POPLA about that.
I've also been giving guidance to others ticketed in this car park - the UKPC bloke looks quite bemused when I'm telling people how they can defeat these scam charges. And I've done a stack of 'advice' leaflets to hand out to the ticketed drivers. Revenge is sweet indeed.
I might need to breach their parking conditions again, and see if they'll send an evidence pack for round 2.0 -

Well done you! It's amazing how ignorant the general public are to the great parking scam, so it's good to hear of another convert. UKPC were also the trigger to getting me on the forums, the ticket they tried to give me has cost them dearly! All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Most people think these companies are like councils and they can fine you, they design their tickets, the yellow envelopes, and letters to mimic council paperwork. It's a deliberately done and was highlighted in a watchdog clip a whole ago.
And central ticketing (now defunct) was my spur to come here many moons agoWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
