Pushchair folding mechanism broken

Dont know if this is the right place to ask but my pushchairs folding mechanism was not working as it should so i had a look at the bit on the handle that makes one side collapse down and could see nothing wrong really(although im not an expert). All parts were back in the right place but now i cant fold the pushchair down at all!! 
Can i take this somewhere to be fixed? or does anyone know anything i can do with it? Its a Mothercare Vesta 3 wheeler.
