PPI Problem!

My husband put in a ppi claim 11 months ago, using The Claims Guys. They took the 30 percent but my husband has never received his money. He has continually rang up but speaks to a different person each time. Any ideas as to what to do now? Thanks.

The lender pays the money directly to your husband. Not the claims company. Once you receive the money, you pay the claims company.Any ideas as to what to do now?
