Isme.Yodel, one big mess!!!

Hi, ordered a tablet with Isme on a buy now pay later...it got 'cancelled' then they re ordered the tablet.
Lost my cashback because of this re order and had a lengthy call with them (which they will get the bill sent to them) did receive 10% off though in the end after speaking to a 'manager' for all the hassle.
Now comes the big hassle, the 'cancelled' order has apparently been delivered to me today and SIGNED FOR, from Yodel.
But my neighbours don't have it, and no slip was left, just the online tracking which says was signed for by the customer. NO-ONE SIGNED FOR IT :mad::mad::mad:
I rang Yodel, getting some department ringing me tomorrow about it all, they say it isn't fraud, but someone trying to sign in my name (which they didn't spell right) kinda is fraud in my eyes
Anyone have any info or advice? I'd really like some advice,as I'll have to ring ISME after Yodel ring me tomorrow. As I'm being charged now for the 'cancelled' order. Which is missing

how did it get canceled what it you or isme because if you canceled it you shouldnt be liable as they should have cancelled the delivery it would only take one phonecall.
i had this problem last year ordered some trainers from sports direct
never recived them was told they were signed for i asked how that was since ive been out all day i got called into work and i live alone
next thing there saying they took them to a pub and someone signed for them there
i rang sports direct and complained that yodel had left them in a pub that they couldnt name with a man they couldnt name
i received a new pair delivered by royal mail..
1 dont be fobed off
2 yodel were on watchdog for not delivering parcels
3 ask for proof that they were at your house they should know who signed for them an if it was a neighbor they should have there address
4 contact isme and explain that you never received it
5 if you payed by card you should be covered under distance selling regulations if you didnt recieve it
hope this helps! At the end of a long struggle is a good rest! Proud to be dealing with my debts DFW #1471

Isme cancelled it because of supplier problems, but it was never cancelled. I kept on at them for weeks about it, and they kept fobbing me off that it takes a while to cancel.
So I received my re ordered tablet, a few weeks ago. And I kept on at them to finally cancel the 'cancelled' order.
But the 'cancelled' item was sent today and is nowhere to be found.
So it's one big mess, and I have an order missing that shouldnt of even been sent to me.
It's charged on credit at the moment, so no money taken, but I'm just sooooooooooooooooooooooo mad.
Noway am I getting charged for a nicked item which NO-ONE signed for:money::snow_laug:xmassmile:rudolf::santa2:_party_:money:0 -

if they said they cancelled it they cannot hold you responsible
when you took out the credit agreement was it with bank details or a credit card as the payment method? At the end of a long struggle is a good rest! Proud to be dealing with my debts DFW #1471

I am responsible though, had words with them Monday about it. When I got the email that the 'cancelled' item was dispatched
I got emails that there was a cancellation request on the item, but it never got cancelled, even though they said it would be
I'm just worried yodel are going to fob me off, they cant though, cos no-one signed for it. There's a false sig with my surname spelt wrong on the tracking
It was on a credit agreement for buy now pay later, which got transferred to the reordered item yesterday. So the 'cancelled' order is now basically have to pay now when the statement is due:money::snow_laug:xmassmile:rudolf::santa2:_party_:money:0 -
I've learned my lesson with Yodel. I now ask if a firm uses Yodel and, if they do, I'll cancel the order. If a firm uses Yodel, that doesn't say anything good about their idea of customer service.
I wonder how many peoples' Christmases Yodel will ruin this year?If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

Everyone knows 08081010021 is a direct no IVR option to SDG/Isme so no need for a huge phone bill0

Is that true is it? It first time I shopped with them and the last
I'm just awaiting for Yodel to ring me. Love to find out who signed for this missing parcel, the driver, so obvious, but he's never going to admit it is he? Signing something in my surname (which he spelt wrong)
Just at a loss as what is going to happen. I won't be taking the blame for other people's mistakes, that's for sure:money::snow_laug:xmassmile:rudolf::santa2:_party_:money:0 -

I'd tell you a joke about Yodel, but you probably wouldn't get it.
