Good Afternoon or is it

I have been causing mayhem in Sainsbobs :D and been trouted :(

Went through til with my shopping including 4 toilet rolls Nouvelle ones and money off £30 spend and various coupons.

Comes to pay and assistant starts having a go I cant use any of my coupons  I not spent £30  shopping came to just over £30 so I tell her so she apologises puts that one through then comes to toilet ones says I cant use them then shouts for someone else while looking at luncheon voucher ones. Excuse for those I need to buy a sandwich with a drink and bag of crisps . Told her she is wrong I used same amount last Thursday and no problem. In meantime another assistant appears and queue tutting at back of me.

Other assistant just voids transaction and grabs my trolley coupons and walks off with it muttering and I follow :D

Off to CS desk we trot and he looks at coupons and says cant use Nouvelle they don't accept them :( so I had to unpack them, He puts luncheon voucher ones and others through no problem then my 500 points for shopping and using MOC's last 4 weeks. So I pay and look at my receipt and no £4 knocked off for spending £30 assistant not got that one so trots back and retrieves it from original assistant and gives me £4 cash :T

Going for bus I suddenly felt :o when assistant knocked toilet rolls from bill I hadn't spent £30 :rotfl: :D

Will have to go Mr T;s for my Nouvelle ;)

Question: what would you do in this situation?

It looks like I might get some work back at the old company I used to work for. I've not had any work for two and a half months now but I'm worried that they'll offer me something that's a lot more junior than what I've been doing recently. Would you take it? I've not had the offer yet so maybe I'm worrying for nothing and they'll suggest something great.

BUT I'm torn between- a jobs a job and worrying it'll negatively impact my career as I'll get a reputation for doing anything for money. I don't know anyone else in the industry who has had to make this compromise. All my other friends seem to go up and up and up and generally seem more valued.

Anyway like I said I don't know it's going to be a lot more junior but what would you do?

Sorry, but :rotfl: You may want to rephrase that part :p

Seriously though. I currently work part time for a company that I left a few years back swearing blind they had seen the back of me. For me, having the cash is/was more important than holding a grudge

Only you can decide what you want to do. I took it as a positive that they wanted me back/couldn't fill my shoes IYSWIM
