Afternoon all!
sorry about your pal, Aau
I saw this on BBC and a couple other sites promoting it and it just encourages scamming and can't see the banks paying out for this...
you may just have a case if you bought said £3000 home entertainment system today and can prove it was £2250 online yesterday...tho I hope Natwest will tell the scammers to jog right on!!
I agree it promotes scamming - but the daft RBS woman was asked directly what the situation was for people who reckoned they'd missed out on a cyber Monday discount and she said those people should contact the bank and they would see about putting it right. If the banks have to pay up on her comments then I reckon she will be down the Job Centre before Christmas ! She apparently opened mouth before engaging brain.ELITE 5:2

Pity the RBS woman didn't engage brain before opening her mouth ! She will be down the Job Centre before christmas if the bank has to pay up based on her crazy comments. Scammers will have a field day.ELITE 5:2

But they do pay compo for missed purchases!! and points if you were collecting and missed them......
I should know, but the times given on the beeb are wrong, and they know which accounts were affected
I'm not convinced that they will be able to weed out false claims - and I really can't see how they will prove customers are lying if they say they missed a bargain.ELITE 5:2

Afternoon all

Lutzi, so pleased to read your OH will be coming home soon!
FC, avez vous eu la francais ce matin?!
Aau1, (Mr & Mrs) a terrible tragedy, and so sorry you've lost a friend at Clutha.
Good afternoon
No, other than having chocolat spread on his toast, it was back to being grumpy in English this morning
Lutzi I am also happy to read your good news, I hope you and your OH are reunited very soon.0 -
