If it's not sorted by the morning, can your son get to a branch to get sorted out? They were pretty helpful in the branches last time. I hope he doesn't need his prescription desperately

I'm sure by morning it will be fixed. If not he can borrow from a friend. Tonight he had walked to the pharmacy and the card failed, so he then walked somewhere to get money out and the card failed again. Then he walked home (uni house share) to get his back up card, walked to cash point and no money in that back up account. Phoned me to transfer money in and I couldn't log in to transfer money over. By the time all this is done the pharmacy has shut.
