    Warning to anyone that banks with NatWest/ UlsterBank/ RBS. Major fail on their computer systems and cards are being declined.

    Very annoying, DS2 is away at uni and trying to pay for a prescription, card was refused. His emergency card has no money on it and I can't transfer from wither of my accounts to his. :(
