Spoke to my p and m in Scotland this morning.

There was a father and son my family know who were part of the band in the bar that the helicopter crashed into last night but they got out safely.

    Good evening all.

Does anyone know the official returns policy for Ts where you have used a pre-order or other voucher please? I had reason to return GTA V and they refunded but put the pre-order on a giftcard (in fairness it was down as non-scan as the blooming things do not scan on the tills :o which is a little embarrassing when you are on a cost recovery mission)- I am not complaining as they also refunded the £5 HH that I had used too ;) but just checking whether this is normal as I have "a few" more to return.

Is there a better strategy? Exchange then go for refund? Also, do Ts always need a receipt (kids given toys that they already have as a present which I know is from Ts but would be embarrased getting receipt from gift giver!).

    Many thanks

I always find they are happy to refund on items that are Ts branded. Which is fair enough. So long way for a shortcut but maybe use the giftcard to buy clothes/other Ts own make items and then go for a refund?
Saying that I think it varies a lot from store to store and even varies between SAs. I've not had any problems but others on here have.
