    Good evening all.

    Does anyone know the official returns policy for Ts where you have used a pre-order or other voucher please? I had reason to return GTA V and they refunded but put the pre-order on a giftcard (in fairness it was down as non-scan as the blooming things do not scan on the tills :o which is a little embarrassing when you are on a cost recovery mission)- I am not complaining as they also refunded the £5 HH that I had used too ;) but just checking whether this is normal as I have "a few" more to return.

    Is there a better strategy? Exchange then go for refund? Also, do Ts always need a receipt (kids given toys that they already have as a present which I know is from Ts but would be embarrased getting receipt from gift giver!).

    It's an old underwood typewriter surrounded by roses. Still got to get most of the shading done but I'll post a pic when it's healed a bit :)
