Thanks fc, I'm concentrating on breathing at the minute - haven't quite worked up to moving yet. :rotfl:I didn't actually realise just how painful fractured ribs are! I definitely don't bounce as well as I used to.

Just reserved a duvet set at arg*s in the supposed Black friday sale but didn't see many (if any) bargains. Notimpressed.com

I did a rib a couple of years ago - surprisingly easy to do:eek:

hope you don't need to cough - if you do hold it. It helps
