try Royalmail Parcel force 48, its a tracked service and up to 15kg is £22.46. Post office can tell you the accepted dimensions and also level of compensation or go into this link and it calculates it for you

Good Afternoon

Went to Sainsbury's on way home from work.

My shopping came to £34-77p Then I handed in my moc's and my BM total I paid was £7-56 :j:j This didn't include any nectar points.

I walked up to the bus stop and just caught the bus home it was a new fancy one and had free WIFI I didn't try it because I was stopping my goods from falling out of the bags the bus driver thought she was driving on a roller coaster :rotfl::rotfl:
