A child is still a child as long as they are still in school, this can go on till they are 19. At least this is the case in Scotland.

I was left home in a flat at sixteen and still in school completely independent in Scotland. (I got independent student allowance)

Slightly irrelevant but in scotland you can marry at 16.

Oh thank you . He s an absolute joy and the spitting image of my son at that age. He s started wanting to go on the potty now so it's nappy on and off every few minutes just to do a little drop lol

It's gotta be done, hopefully he'll suss it out quickly. It's far too cold to be running around half naked :)

Hope ok to put here. A friend of mine has set up this petition.
This is about getting LOVEFILM to subtitle their films, so that deaf and hard of hearing people can access them. I wanted to join them, but didn't when we realise they hardly ever have anything with subtitles. You would be doing me a favour directly if you signed this petition. Many thanks! :)

I missed the Mug Shots (again!) in store tonight - so the wombles to tell me.

Except for the Mug Shots and wine, Aau1 can ask what's the price of [a named given item] in M, I'll reply and he can then give a big red tick (or cross:eek:) to my answer!

Oh..thinking of wine..on alcohol, Fosters Original 20x440ml and Carling 20x440ml are, FWIW, on 2 for £20 mix and match. That's just normal price assuming it compares, but now having to buy 2, rather than previous straight £10s earlier in the year, but given the Snakes, no beers now any good against normal offer pricing like this!

I was asked if I wanted syrup in the coffee's I said yes. but it was £1.20 total for a shot in each. it was lovely but I'm tight so wont be getting that in December. I just got to say. the cake was huge (mine was half eaten in pic).
