M expert query - medium Cadbury selection boxes £2.99 b1g2f from today in Ms - limit two deals per person.

I need a few for the Christmas fair - is the limit enforced by the till or sharp eyed CS please?

Would try APG too but limit of 10 and no guarantee it will match until later in the week if at all.

    Many thanks

I have considered that but will need to go through 20 times (gifts from Santa at the fair).

Best deal I have had was a few years ago when Ts included the big Cadbury stocking selection boxes in their multi deal - Santa was indeed generous that year - happy days :).

Think this is as good as it will get on selection boxes this year (in next two weeks)?

    Many thanks

  • Trying to get house sorted before I put up Xmas Decs. One of my Sisters is arriving from Oz next week for a quick 2 week visit - so want to make the house look really Xmasy!

Whizzed into Morri$ons to get those lovepuds and on way out noticed that Terrys Old Gold Milk Chocs were down to £1.50 - only 6 allowed per customer. I think there are in the 3 for £10 at As - don't know if it will return a good APG if there is a current trigger. No A's near enough for me to test.

Really grey and dreary outside today - need a good glitch in Ts to cheer me up.

On a different note - has anyone got their vouchers and lip gloss from the Sun Plus sign up yet?

OK I've done my shop and only managed the desserts in Sains as they didn't carry any of the hair stuff & we don't drink.

However for those of you that do I've added a few items.

I spent £23.08 - £20 double up Nectar + a £3 off £20 shop. Had to rush to get a moam bar to go with my whoopsies otherwise would have been less than £23. I spent 8p in hard cash:j
OK I bought 4 Ben & Jerry + 1 magnum =£21 to use the £20 voucher. Got some excellent whoopsies too and had a BM for £9.04 back. Therefore my £10 of Nectar points predoubling turned into a shop that cost me pence for actually about £30 of shopping.
The hair deals could work out even better IF your shop has them!

How to turn your worthless (almost) Nectar points into BM - losing little & buying yourself some treats - for almost free!
I've got a shed load (£130 quid!) of Nectar points & am really disappointed that I can only spend £20 doubled up in 4 categories. Don't drink so that leaves me 3 categories.
Just got to thinking about brand match & wondered if it's possible to get your spend back? It virtually is!

    Tesco £2.00(66.7p/100ml) Sains £3 £1 BM

    Many thanks for this.

So... if you turn your points into a doubled-up voucher (at a time when such an offer is on), you can then use a voucher against your shop and it counts towards the £20 spend for BM and gives you a few Nectar points [edit: as OP said, almost worthless as it's a few pence] on the spend of the voucher. As opposed to getting Nectar reward deduction direct from your card, which does not collect Nectar points on the spend or reach the BM threshold.

Use vouchers, then you can get BM without having to spend real money (from physical cash or your debit/credit card) of £20 or more, rather than Nectar 'reward' spending which, my understanding still is, doesn't contribute to the £20 BM qualifier as that goes off the number of base Nectar points collected on a shop.

I've probably put it in a confusing way to most people... but.. I know what I mean!:rotfl:

In short, many many thanks for this information. £3 off £20 shops and gift cards are fine - you can still get BM even if you just then spend £17 real money. I prefer £20 double up vouchers though!:rotfl::rotfl: Do not spend Nectar points directly.

If it compared and there was a current working trigger I think it would be £2.70 for two + trigger, yes?

Afternoon mad squad, had to do a fair bit of skipping recently, can someone tell me am I correct in thinking the anchor deal is buy 4, use a dairy coupon and 4 anchor coupons making it 4blocks for £3?

    Please/thanks.
