Leak found in airing cupboard. Help!

Having noticed a small water mark in the ceiling i have found a leak in the airing cupboard. The leak is a continual drip drip drip rather than a steady flow.

Pipework connects to the water tank at the point marked primary flow. Its runs back to the wall where there is a pipe which runs upwards for about a foot with an open top. The water is coming from here and running down the pipework to drip off at the bottom.

I have pics but it wont let me post them on here. I can pass the link on if anyone may be able to help.

The unit is a Santon pp150b if it helps.

If anyone can help let me know exactly what the issue is and the sort of cost im looking at it would be much appreciated.

You have an unvented cylinder. When was it last serviced by a competent person i.e. RGI/plumber who holds certification for G3?

In all honesty, im not sure. The boiler gets serviced but cant say ive paid any attention to whats in the airing cupboard in terms of servicing.

Annual service of the unvented cylinder should occur with servicing of your boiler.
