I have tried reclaiming back my PPI but HSBC say they will not give me it back when I got a letter from them. What can I do?

Insurance isnt refundable so they dont have to give it back. Although they may do if found to be mis-sold.
Was it mis-sold to you? If so why? What type of PPI was it?
You can refer this to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you disagree.0 -
I didn't know I had PPI on my loan which is why I questioned it. When they told me they said it was all explained to you bla bkla bla but it wasn't. I never take out PPI. Is there anything I can do i.y.h.o?0
