Do I forward my next med., cert.,by post or take it to my local JCP ?

The normal procedure is to send it to the ESA people, on the addresses on your letters.
At least get proof of postage.0 -
also if you dont trust the postal system you can make an appointment at the jobcenter to drop it in there but this is usually done only as a last resort, ie original got lost in the post,
at one point there was talk of doctors emailing them to the BDCs0
