Can I ask LA to only have a viewing at a certain time?

yes we are moving out of our rented house into another and as I work nights I had said to agent viewing only after 4pm..0

I've had a few problems with LL and their family member letting themselves into my flat too. I also live in Scotland. Shelter told me I could change the locks (but there was nothing in the lease saying I couldn't) but I would be liable for any damage I caused. Having looked at a few videos on YouTube I don't think changing a lock barrel would cause any cosmetic damage to the door.
Shelter also told me that LL and LA need to give at least 24 hours written notice to enter your home and that you do not have to agree if it is not a suitable time for you. If they enter the property without your permission it is a criminal offence and you can contact the police. :T
It really rips my knitting that some LL and LA think they can do what they like with your home :mad:0
