Hi there, is it possible to get individual travel insurance for under 16s? I tried using confused.com to compare prices but a message appeared saying it was not possible. i get my travel insurance free through my bank account. i booked my holiday through "Going places" and they have said my daughter can be insured if taken out in my name for £25. is this the best i could get? she has just turned 15. we are going away for 2 weeks.
Any advice would be great thanks

This may sound like a silly question but did you check if the insurance you have through your bank account covers your daughter too (as in family travel insurance) or is exclusively for you as an account holder?
maybe your bank also sells travel insurance or offers it as a top up to your insurance? Other than that, maybe do a few searches online or have a phone around through the phone book.0
