Just to add that I have bumped all the recent PE small claim cases since Sept! So if any newbie also wants to read other similar cases, just click on my username and read my posts from this morning 20/11/13, lots of threads already here with lots of links & advice.

Loads of small claim cases to learn from on every page there; go back a dozen pages clicking on any thread title with 'PE Northampton' or 'small claim/court papers' in it.
