RBS - help!

Hi
I took out an RBS credit card for the 28 months 0% balance transfer in July this year which Martin told us about. I just had to phone RBS to set up a direct debit for the payments and whilst I was on asked them to check when the offer expires so I could put it in my diary. To my horror she told me it runs out on December 4th this year and is adamant that she is right.
I don't know how to prove the offer or what to do next.
Lynne

Does it not say on the paperwork they sent you?
  • I have just rung them back and spoken to another person who said I had been given incorrect information; it is definitely a 26 month offer so I can breathe again! Apparently the other woman gave me the wrong information but was possiby referring to the purchase offer which is 6 months, rather than the balance transfer offer.
    Thanks
    Lynne
