setting up outlook express

I have wiped my laptop and need to know what to type in the incoming/outgoing box. i know it is pop summuts. My email is ntl account. Any help appreciated.

Enter pop.ntlworld.com as your incoming mail server and smtp.ntlworld.com as your outgoing mail server (use lower case), you can then click Next to continue.
