Mother died before she got to change her will, what can I do?

The bottom line is that the OP's mother asked them on several occasions over what appears to be a period of 10 months to take her to a solicitor so she could make a new will and the OP refused to do so.
I never refused her point blank, just was trying to be diplomatic, she did tell me she was worried about it and I should have taken her seriously, Sorry Mam.0 -
You had your chance, so you cant blame anyone but yourself for the outcome you now have. I am sorry things have turned out this way between you and your sister, I hope this tale has concentrated the minds of those who have now read this.
Please make sure your Wills are in place and well written, which I intend to do asap!
