The OP's account will be £35 light today.

The OP seems rather confused about whether the money has already been taken. In his first post he said
they have taken £35 from my account

    But later on he says
    They haven't taken payment yet

I doubt they will refund if their T&C's state you must write to them to get a refund.

They'll play you along and then point you to the T&C's when it's outside the period of 14 days (or whatever).

I bet by next week you will be back on here after 2 or more debits find their way to your account for about £69.
    That's how these scumbags work.

Depends if they are a Glasgow 'bhoy' or an East Anglian 'bhoy'.

OP has learned the hard way. Never use a broker to find a loan when with a PC, the net & an hour or so of your own time you can find one yourself.

I learnt that one myself back in 1999 when I used a broker to find a better mortgage deal. The fee was £1,000.
The next 2 mortgage provider switches were done myself & the last one was via a free independent broker in an estate agent.
    Never Knowingly Understood.

    Member #1 of £1,000 challenge - £13.74/ £1000 (that's 1.374%)

    3-6 month EF £0/£3600 (that's 0 days worth)

I guess the East Anglian bhoys need to pay for their shopping then ;)
