For last 3 house sales, we've used Fidler and Pepper as conveyancers

Their service is okay, but not the fastest. We're looking for a speedy sale this time round.

So wondered if there were any other conveyancers at a good price, which offered text/secure messaging/online updates on your case which any MSErs could recommend?

    Ive used Premier Property Lawyers (im a buyer so not sure if any different for a seller)

    I know there are a few posts already with some people being dissatisfied with them, but I have found them great.

    Everything was done so quickly, I would get a text & email to say my file has been updated and then the online file was great, so easy to use. You sign and upload documents and they tick them off as a completed action within half and hour.

    Always easy to get in contact with my Conveyancer, and if she wasn’t available anyone else could help/
