I did another 8k after going to and from sch on the bus for a parents eve. 18k total. Smug.

It was a lovely, lovely parents evening and I thoroughly enjoyed it. And despite walking the first 1.3 miles of the way home, I covered the 6 miles in 50 mins because the buses were wonderfully connected.

Impressive steps effort. I like getting mine done early so I can sit and read for a bit.

I don't often get those sorts of steps nowadays, so I feel extra chuffed on the odd accasion that I manage it.

I had a fairly mellow day at work, and the kids were nice. And it was onlya half day. Got a few pesky emails written and sent.

Dropped 2 more bags to the Sally Army - 6 so far this month - and parked for free, so didn't 'have' to go to liddle to buy something .(they have number plate recognition thingies). I have 2 more bags ready for tomorrow - and a short list for liddle, so I can park a tad closer to the ch shop. And there's 2 more bags' worth waiting in the wings!

Dh has cobbled together a pile of gubbins for the tip, so he'll do that once I'm home.

Dd is valiantly continuing with her sorting and I continue to be impressed by her methods.

Another mellow day at work, which was lovely.

2 more bags to the Sally Army = 8. 2 more ready to go. :D. I am getting good at going in there and not staying to look around.

    A little liddle shop.

Some digging over of the garden.

    100 KB swings + 20 KB goblet squats + 20 KB windmills = 7m15.

Then I ate some dried mango and have lost a bit of a tooth. Sigh. But I can see a dentist tomorrow. Phew.

I'm not in pain, thanks. But was mightily relieved to get a dentist appt for tomorrow. Esp as they close at 1pm!

I had soup for my tea, with bread soaking in it, and cheese and chopped up apple. I have had 10 fruit + veg today!

Plan to take dd to liddle tomorrow after school, for her to buy some bulbs/seeds. I can also take 2 more bags to the SA. Yay!
