Hey lovely lady
I was up rather late the other night but been having a few random bursts of energy so all good, thanks to keto
if only I could have convinced my brain not to eat all that sugar last night
Now I am fighting to get back onto it and being super super strict and good.
Well done you on the steps. I have only managed 6k but that is what am 8:30 to 5 mandatory sit at your desk and work job does for you
Huggles xx

I may, just may, get into the same decade of steps as you today Lilty ... That superglue on your chair works a treat...
Have just cooked a batch of 'those' cookies for a friend's bday, and even when one broke a little as I moved it, I put the broken off bit in with the rest of its cookie instead of in my mouth. Feeling smug!
4 blue bunnies stitched and ready to turn.
Expenses nearly done except I cannot find the piece of paper that tells me how much I get for each piece I've moderated. And given that I've done 107 of them, I need to find it. (have also emailed my leader to ask as well - more chance of her knowing than me locating an envelope - albeit an A4 size one - that arrived in January... If only I had kept up with the kondoing... That said, I've found the same envelopes from 2014, 2013, 2010...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Envelope is still hiding.
Dd is asleep in her own bed, on her own, with me in my bedroom next door #5.
Dh arrives home later tonight after a survival training course in Norwich.
Day 3 completely sugar and grain free.
Although I bought a fleece, I did make the effort to try it - and 2 tops - on first. I then put the tops back, thus saving £2. Progress.
Steps are around 19k. Not going to do any more pacing.
Work tomorrow: teaching to teach; reports to write; parent to contact; Boulogne paperwork to finish (eek); The Impresionists part 3 to watch; a walk to be walked (I hope); and probably plenty of items I've forgotten about already!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

I really need to crack that with DS3
Hope you've managed to find the envelope - or your leader has got back to you

Dropped dd off at cheerleading and had decided to 'nip' to sains to buy her gf bread.
My BF is gluten intolerant and gets his bread online at http://www.wheat-freebakerydirect.co.uk this is just like regular bread he says. He loves the cheesey rolls. He buys a load and freezes to save on postage.0 -

Envelope is truly hiding exceptionally well. Leader had no idea - prob on a higher rate than me anyway! And was also snowed under as the deadline looms large.
Mr apple is glad to be home - and we are glad to have him back too. However, the washing basket, which was three quarters full before his return, morphed into having 3 loads worth in it! He was only gone for 3 nights...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Thank you! Dd gets hers free on prescription and we freeze it, but sometimes I get the timings wrong and we run out. All my own fault...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
greent - forgot to say that I have now emailed the exam board. They'll think I'm a right plonker, but I can live with that...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0
