Hi there can anyone recommend anyone in West Yorkshire - presumably we would need a builder/electrician. It's a Caple one and is built in to the chimney breast and and then tiled. Lights stopped working when we had a water leak from above but the extractor fan still works. Had an electrician who said the electrical feed to the lights wasn't working so we want to replace. We're in leeds. thanks for any help

It should be very simple to fix the lighting feed if that's all that has failed. Sounds like your sparky couldn't be bothered.
If your builder has really tiled it in they he needs 'retraining'-it should be possible to remove it without any other dismantling. No free lunch, and no free laptop
