Just been to look on the website to see how long the cards are supposed to take - found this:

The membership fee is not refundable unless you have purchased the Loyalty Card at The Body Shop Online Store, in which case you may cancel the order, return the Loyalty Card and receive a refund pursuant to our Terms & Conditions of Sale (applicable on sales through The Body Shop Online Store), provided you have not yet made any use of the Loyalty card and have not received any of the membership benefits (such as discounts, free gifts etc).

Not giving me a free gift this time...this happening to anyone else?
  • Think it might be a different free gift now as mine is only coming up as a value of £10 in my basket whereas the body butter was £13. Anyone ordered lately?

looks like its the 50ml vitamin E moisture cream that gets added to the basket as the mystery item when you use the code now.
