There is also another offer code posted on the Body Shop website which gives you free postage and a free gift if you order more than £5 - but I found you had to order about £7 - but also 35% off.
Its a free £13 shea body butter. I got a ginger washman £3.50 and a £5 tea tree face wash for £5.51 total with the free body butter.

Thanks to op...just ordered the free choccy stuff/gift for xmas....my post code was also invalid when autofill was used...just put in with lower case letters and it worked fine !0

weird, must have been a random glitch.
spoke to lady on webchat who just said to keep trying.
i didn, and it eventually worked for my home address, but still no luck getting it delivered. oh well.
