Do not exsist on Bank's Database even though i do on credit report

Hi,

Just a very brief note to my issue.

I decided like most people to have a go at reclaiming miss-sold PPI, to cut a very long story short I was awarded around £2900 from Halifax Group regarding a loan.

The issue I still have is that I tried to reclaim 6 different loans and credit cards through Halifax Group, the problem is they cannot find the other 5 on their system's.

I can prove they have existed on my credit report, problem is i do not have any other information, i went down the root of a DSAR which returned nothing.

I am just looking for any guidance please, I am thinking of off loading to a PPI claim company as it's a little messy.

A claims co. can no more that you can do yourself, they only "work" on the info you supply.

Companies are only required to keep your info for as long as necessary, or a recommneded 6 years [FSA]
The fact that they've destroyed it means they are doing something right, but it means the end of the road for your complaints, because there is no info left.
