I Listed A Next Gift Card That Was A Unwanted Xmas Present It Had Been Listed For A Short While With 3 Bids When I Got E Mail From Ebay To Say I Had Breeched Copyright Next Had Contacted Them To Remove It
I Didnt Realise I Had Done Anything Wrong There Are Listed Now Several Different Cards Is It Because I Put A Photo Of The Card I Noticed Another That Was Listed Had The Receipt Next To It But Surely That Was Just To Proove To The Potential Buyer How Much Was On The Card
Why Have I Been Removed When There Are Many Listed Can Anyone Help Me Could Really Do With The Money Next Is Not My Kind Of Shop

First thing to do is check the terms and conditions under which the card can be used. If it is stated that only the card issuer is permitted to sell or transfer ownership of them, then that may be your problem.

However, it is also possible that you didn't actually do anything wrong at all and you have merely been targeted by a rival seller.

If you are near to a NEXT store you could ask to speak to their customer service manager to get an official opinion or to see if there is anything else they can offer you.

this is different, the thread above was about a refund card which is different to the gift card. the gift card doesnt have any t and c'c which say it cant be transfered as far as i know.
