Hi, I parked on private parking without valid permit. To be honest I do that from few moths, nobody on that parking have Valid permit so I think I can park out there, but 3 days ago when I back from my work place I get on widescreen PCN. Some of my friends tell me that I don't have to pay, but I want to make sure.
Anyone know do I need to pay?
