Just looked at somebodys feedback, they have 10 comments saying the person has not paid, and that is all in November.
Why haven't they lost their account, people must have filed against them surely

Because stupid sellers leave a false positive comment, which cancels out any non paying bidder strike they have been given.0

You would have thought so wouldn't you, except that they decide instead to leave a useless false positive which gets them round the blocks that most sellers set to decline serial non payers.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. A positive comment indicates the sale has completed successfully.0 -

Plus sellers let them get away with "cancel transaction" cases instead of "unpaid item" cases so nothing is recorded on their account and they aren't penalised at all.
A real pain when they then go on to bid on your items even when you've got blocks in place!0 -

True, but if seller opens and unpaid case the buyer may then pay up but cause problems after with item not recieved, item not as described. Buyer then loses item and money or part of money paid.
With collection only buyer again pays and then insists you post.
I have also done NPB's but only when I was not likely to loose more then £10. Am sorry to those it effects because of me though.0
