Settled account not updated!

I had an overdraft with Barclays which went into debt and to a credit agency, I finished paying it off in august 2012.
I recently got a credit report and it says that I still owe £2 on that account!
I have had a letter from Barclays and one from the debt collection agency saying that the account was paid in full.
I am wondering, how can I get Barclays to change it to say it is settled? Are there any template letters I can use to send to them? (Hope this all makes sense :rotfl: ) Thanks in advance

Just write to them, including a copy if the letters asking them to correct your credit file.
Nothing else required at this stage.:beer:0
