Aarrgghhh!!

Hi guys, i recieved a PCN in april of this year for parking somewhere i shouldnt have. Ive recieved PCN's before for parking in the same place but have ignored them and have not heard anything more of it. But this time they keep sending me letters demanding payment.

Original payment was for £60 which has increased to £150 but i still ignored it.

now they are threatening me with court, but they said they will give me one more chance to pay up a reduced amount of £119.

What should i do, please helppppp!!!

thanks

Threats are cheap. Letters cheaper still. As you've done nothing - keep your stance.

When you get the 5th letter offering a discount and you can pay a reduced amount you're at the end of the chain - all assuming this is not a Council-issued ticket.
  • The company is called park direct uk limited
  • no its deffo not a council issued ticket, that wouldve been paid off immediatley lol.

You shouldn't have ignored it, that's not 2013 advice. Your options as to the debt collector are as shown in the sticky thread 'newbies, read this now!'.

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
