New build certificates

in House buying, renting & selling
I've been in my new build a few weeks now, but not sure if I have all the right documents.

I was provided all the appliance warranties etc. and the electrical installation certificate. The NHBC certificate is on its way, but should I have received anything else in regards to gas installation or building regs does anyone know?
