bank charges and loss of property

Due to excessive bank charges, in one week over £100.00 I had to use my credit cards and every form of credit I had to survive, but I was unable to pay the mortgage on my Spanish apartment, I had borrowed over 20,000 from HSBC to fund the purchase, all in all with the bank charges and penalty charges on my credit cards and the loss of my apartment I lost over £87,000. I was hoping that the court case brought against the banks would have been successful but alas it went the banks way, I'm wondering if it would be possible to sue HSBC for the loss.

  • What was the cause of the "excessive" charges and why were you unable to pay the mortgage?

I think you need to provide more information, as you have suggested that all your losses were just because of £100 worth of charges. This is clearly incorrect.
